Ignacio de Soto
Don Ignacio de Soto was the Los Angeles’ alcalde and the main antagonist of Zorro during the third and fourth season of New World Zorro. He knew Diego de la Vega from his studies in Spain, where they were just acquaintances and played together in a theatre performance.
Ignacio de Soto was played by John Hertzler.
